from date of purchase for communicable diseases,

this contract is null and void.
A Copy of Vet Exam must be sent to me
In the event said puppy has any life-threatening disease,
a letter from the examining vet and puppy must be returned to
Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's within 48 hours of vet exam.
Failure to provide a letter voids this contract.
Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's does not pay for any veterinarian costs or fees.
There are no cash refunds
Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's assumes no responsibility beyond those stated above. Once puppy leaves our premises, there will be no refunds for change of mind on the buyer's part. We will, however, help you re-place the puppy if it isn't working out. But no refunds will be given
All deposits are non-refundable. Be sure you want this puppy before you send a deposit. Seller has one year from time of purchase to replace puppy of equal value due to the fact that breeder has a limited number of breeding females

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale, and has been vet checked by my own veterinarian. No further health guarantee is made or implied.
The puppy has been vaccinated and has been wormed.
papers will be sent when Proof of spay or neuter has been sent to me.
Purchaser, agrees to neuter or spay this puppy by the age of 6 months
and agrees and guarantees that this puppy will not be used for stud or breeding.
Registration fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer
2.) Limited registration will be given with all puppies unless other arrangements have been made.
3.) Puppy is to be registered using the breeder's kennel name (Chappel's) at the front of puppy's name.
4.)If at any time the Purchaser can no longer care for the puppy or dog it is to be returned to the Seller at Buyer's Cost.

5.)In order for you to ever make a claim under either of these warranties your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice, and at your expense, within 48 hours of purchase and a copy of vet exam sent to seller.
If a medical problem exists a replacement will be given upon returning the puppy within 48 hours.
Breeder has one year to provide replacment puppy.
6.)This guarantee does not include wormy puppies. Coccidia,Giardia, and kennel cough which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are shipped. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold must run its course. Full recovery is expected and on its own kennel cough is not life-threatening. This guarantee does not cover what in the Shih-Tzu breed is considered normal: cherry eye, stenotic nares, under bite, and both inguinal and umbilical hernias. This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia or diseases for which vaccinations could prevent. Ear Mites,Floppy ears or infections in the ear(s), fleas,lice,ticks.All of these are treated by us on a regular basis.
7.)If the seller decided that the buyer is not suited for a shih tzu puppy,seller has the right to cancel the sale at anytime. If refund is given a cancellation fee of 100.00 will be deducted from buyers deposit for whatever reason puppy is canceled
8.) If a sudden death occurs, an autopsy must be done by your vet and verified by my vet to determine the cause of death. If due to a health problem originating from the prenatal stage, a replacement pup of same sex and equal value will be given. Breeder has one year to provide replacement puppy, as puppies are not available at all times
9.)Adults sizes and Colors are Estimates Only, No Guarantees are made
10.)Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's warrants the puppy to be a good quality representative of its breed. However, Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's does not warrant this puppy to be of breeding or show quality.If a puppy is sold with Full AKC registration rights, seller cannot guarantee that a male puppy will have two normally descended testicles at maturity. Seller cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or a female puppy at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee breeding success, show success, or house training.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding this dog.
11.)The buyer of the puppy agrees that he/she is not a puppy mill or puppy broker for pet stores and the puppy will be part of their family for it's entire life. If for some reason the buyer can no longer keep the puppy, the buyer agrees to return the puppy to Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's and not place the dog in another home.
If the puppy is found to be used in a puppy mill or pet store, the buyer agrees to relinquish ownership of the puppy back to Chappel's Forever Loved Shih Tzu's.
12.)If there were to be a legal issue due to Breeder and Buyer not agreeing,
absolutely all legal issues will be dealt within the State of Michigan, Sanilac County.
And is subject to all Michigan Laws. Out of State Laws are not valid in this guarantee.
All Attorneys will be billed to Buyer
13.)This Contract is non-transferable

14.)We are very firm about the refund policy, so please do not ask to have your money refunded, as it is stated many times in this contract that there is no cash refund of any kind.
