How do I choose a puppy?
Once a litter is born those on the waiting list
will be contacted first
You will receive pictures of both mom and dad
And pictures of the new little miracles

you will see them from the day they are born

PRICING begins at $900.00 for males, and $1000.00 for females. However, puppies are priced individually, according to quality,pedigree, size and color. AKC (American Kennel Club) limited registration papers for your pet puppy, released after proof of spay or neuter from a licensed veterinarian has been received.We give first priority to pet homes, but will consider placing puppies with full registration to approved breeders. My puppies have champion bloodlines, excellent health,they are very intelligent and loving, and some are show quality. I produce high quality purebred Imperial and Small Standard Shih-Tzus! I breed for health, beauty, and loving dispositions
DEPOSIT depends on the individual litter and goes towards the purchase price of the puppy and must be received within 3 working days of you picking out your puppy, or puppy goes back up for adoption.Deposit information will be posted on each Nursery. Please send the Deposit and Guarantee form filled out with postal money order by priority mail with delivery confirmation. I also accept PayPal- for Deposits Only and there will be an addtional 4% to cover their fee if you use this service. You will also need to send the Deposit form and Guarantee before puppy is released.
Balance-Final Payment Plus all shipping cost if needed is due at 6 Weeks.This will give me proper time to plan the vet appointment for the health certificate and plan for the flight of your little one. If final payment is not made by 6 weeks the contract is void and puppy will be placed back up for adoption.
If your chosen puppy is 8 weeks of age or over, you will need to send me a Postal Money Order for the price of the puppy +plus shipping "if needed" at least one week before you intend to receive the puppy.
If a Puppy is being held past 8 week's and at buyer's request there will be a $10 a day boarding fee
Tiny Ones are held until I feel they are ready to go and no borading fee applies
Please be sure you are ready to make this commitment We are firm with our policy The only way a Deposit is ever refunded is if the said puppy is not in good health. No other exceptions will be made.

SHIPPING is available for $330. This includes the airline fee, health certificate and the airline approved crate. I will be charging an additional $30 for my fuel expenses as it's a 3 hour drive to provide this service. Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping.
Please Note: I reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped out. I do my very best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays. Inclement weather conditions (I.e. Too hot or too cold), hazardous driving conditions, flight schedules and puppy development, are all out of my control. Understand that I will NOT ship a puppy unless I feel that the conditions are safe, and that the puppy is ready to make the trip. I do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy. Thank you for your understanding.
I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time, for any reason, while the puppy is still in my care.
Warranty-
I offer a written one year puppy replacement warranty against life threatening genetic defects. If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound! By purchasing a dog or puppy from us, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in our contract
